Jennifer Summers has an extensive background in Real Estate and new construction. She started her career in 1996 in her families’ Real Estate brokerage and new construction companies, shortly after graduating with a BA in Business Marketing from UNT. Since joining Keller Williams, Jennifer has become a part of the Keller Williams Leadership council. In addition, her team, The Summers Group, have been members of the KW Elite (a designation given only to the top 20% of performing agents) since 2015.

Natalie Reid has had an amazing Real Estate career since joining The Summers Group in 2016 with over $10,000,000 million in sales. Natalie’s Master’s degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State helps her to listen carefully and understand her clients’ real estate goals. Her thoughtful process helps make it easier to narrow down what her customers truly want in a home. 

Since starting her Real Estate career in 2015, Maggie Carrillo has helped over 50 families buy and sell homes and is a top producer at The Summers Group. Her background supervising teams in the banking industry has been an asset, helping her clients to achieve their real estate goals while keeping the process organized and stress free. Maggie’s high organizational skills has earned her the Keller Williams Compliance award for 2018. 

Jacoree Gaines joined the team in September 2018 and has been in real estate for over 2 years.  She holds a degree in Family & Consumer Science, majoring in Consumer Affairs. Her role on the team is to ensure that all buyers and sellers have an exceptional experience by providing administrative professional support to the team and clients.

Amiya Nelson joined the team as Jennifer’s marketing coordinator in April of 2019, which began her exciting journey with real estate. She was born and raised in Austin, TX, with a background in customer service and continues to learn more about the growing market in her hometown every day. Her role on the team is to facilitate the marketing aspects of the team’s transactions by keeping up with social media and advertising.
